Check for any updates on your plugins and disable any you don't really need first, then if you have to try editing one of the plugins and changing the name of the Prowl class to something else (you'll also have to change all references to that class to the new name). That's not a great fix, as it'll break again if/when you update that plugin, but it'll get you up and running while you look for other options to do what you're wanting to do.
